Directions: Wet your hair thoroughly. Pour a small amount into your palm. Rub hands together and apply the shampoo to your scalp first, massage gently. Work the lather through the rest of your hair. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed. For external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Directions: After shampooing, use a small amount of conditioner and apply it mainly to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. Leave for 1-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Towel Dry and Style as usual.
